This revolutionary technology reverts polluted water, soil and air back to their pure natural states by breaking down the bonds of hydrocarbons, altering their structure by encapsulating the molecules, thereby, reducing the pollutants to their harmless and even beneficial constituents – amino acids and fatty acids.

Similarly, any heavy metals that are present in water are rendered harmless by the encapsulation of the molecular bonds within these metals.

Perfect Science A.D. has a formula consisting of:

91% water
3% bonds
3-4% alkaline (ionization)
3% Main Formula

While the ratios of water, bonds and alkalinity may vary according to the desired application, the main formula remains the same.

Methods of Communication

d. Demonstration

It is essential that people throughout the world understand the effectiveness of Perfect Science A.D. technology in restoring ecological balance to any aspect of nature that has been polluted. This understanding can be gained through the use of demonstrations for which some guidelines are as follows:

1. Samples are to be collected from the most polluted sites available.
2. An independent laboratory should perform a study involving the polluted samples, comparing the results of the use of conventional cleaning methods to the results of using Perfect Science A.D. technology in eliminating the polluted condition.
3. A demonstration involving the polluted samples, will demonstrate to the audience the method of utilizing Perfect Science A.D. technology. Attendees of the demonstration are to be influential individuals, often including members of the private sector, educational system, scientific community, governmental agencies, military and the news media. Immediately following the demonstration, the results of the comparative study performed by the independent laboratory should be shared with the audience. The attendees representing the news media should then share all the information with the public.
4. Additional introductory meetings, conferences and seminars should be conducted so that people become conscious of the manner by which the planet can be free of pollution and restored to balance.

The Principles of ‘Ecological Balance Education and Implementation’ Agreement

a. Brief History

Over the past 17 years, Perfect Science A.D. technology has been utilized successfully in the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Ecological clean up operations have been consistently successful in areas where attempts via conventional methods have either failed or produced only limited and expensive results.

b. Pre-Acceptance

1. In order for a clean-up project to be considered, samples of the polluted material (water, soil) need to be provided to Perfect Science A.D.. Generally, if the sample is liquid, then, two one-liter bottles will suffice. The applicant will supply all requested information pertaining to the clean up site.
2. Whenever a step in the process requires any examination or the reporting of the results, the authorized individuals should do so in a manner that is legal and documented.

These procedures are a prerequisite to the signing of a contract.

c. Principles of the Agreement

1. After the pre-acceptance conditions are met, the Perfect Science A.D. team will prepare a feasibility study concerning the project being considered.
2. In addition to the feasibility study, some of the points that the contract will address are as follows:

A. The fundamentals of mobilization and on-site operations, including
1. the action plan to prevent further pollution and
2. management education/on-site education regarding pollution prevention principles.

B. The business program, including:

1. financial principles
2. legal principles
3. related factors that are unique to the clean up region
